Shipping policy

1. Timeline & Tracking

• All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Rates

• Items are shipped via standard ground. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

3. Damages

• Everyday Ice is not liable for carrier damage or lost packages. If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS/Canada Post).

4. Regions

• We currently ship everywhere within Canada and the United States.
